Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us and we aim to guarantee a pleasant shopping journey for you.

Greek Chic Handmades completes every order to your particular request dimensions, colors, size, heels height etc. Please take a moment to read carefully the product’s description and contact us for any further information. We will do our best to assist you.

– Exchange Only: As all the handmade products of our brand are exclusively made to order, there is no right of withdrawal, based on what is specifically provided in European Union Law.

– Refunds are not available as part of our policy, but we are more than willing to help with exchanges when necessary.

Qualification for Exchange: In order to qualify for an exchange, the items should be unused and unworn.

The shoes must be tried on a soft carpeted surface to avoid any marks or damages to the soles or leather. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

The item should be in its original and undamaged packaging and labeling, securely placed in its original box and properly protected.

We accept returns for exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Exchange Procedure: To commence an exchange, please reach out to our customer support team on info@greekchichandmades.gr .Our team will assist you in navigating the return process. Upon receipt and examination of the returned item, we will proceed with the exchange and dispatch the new product to you.

Please be aware that customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs and the shipping costs of the new product of the exchange.

– Resolution of Malfunctions: Should a manufacturing malfunction occur, we will either rectify the problem or provide a replacement item for you. Please return the item to us for inspection and resolution. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs.

– Cancellations accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
